CitizensFirst Credit Union is awesome! They have come along way and can tell you there customer service has turned around! They think of you has a guest or a boss, not just a number or a customer! Every branch is remodeled to make you feel at home and making sure you are first. They have teller pods which as a guest brings a more one-on-one experience and they have dens. They have dens, which are loan offices so when you need a loan, you get to sit in comfy chairs with a big flat screen to make you feel at home.(No desks) they have the best rates in Wisconsin, and have set very high standards for other credit unions. They are definitely leaders and not followers! I have been a member for 7 yrs now and don't see changing credit unions anytime soon!

I feel like their minimum balance is reasonable but they have a minimum balance for checking and savings which is excessive for people who have families and with it being hard to find work right now. I called the location in the Oshkosh Wal-mart and I was very unsatisfied by the customer service I received from a gentleman there. He wasn't very helpful and he seemed like he didn't want to be working there. I would have possibly banked with them even with the minimum balances if the representative was more eager to help me being as I was trying to become a new member. I was just a little disappointed.
