Completely ruined our curtain. Still had to pay for services. Will definetly not go back there !!!

My gap jacket came back ruined.I have'nt been to the dry cleaners in years, but decided to get my jacket cleaned as it had become dirty around the collar.This was explained to the assistant at the front desk .(Stannards next to Festival Foods, Oshkosh)

When I collected my jacket,I discovered mysterious bleach like stains on front and arm areas which were also crumpled at site.

Of course the owner ,Donna Leroy denied everything, and called the markings "color out" and that the markings and crumpled areas were both there to begin with.

She persistantly denied it was their fault that my jacket was ruined and stated that she was not a liar as she went to church.I wont go into religion but that was an unnecessary remark.

Bottom Line:don't expect to get compensated if they mess up.

Trust me (I go to church too) it will be fight to the finish just to get your dry cleaning cost back.
