Maylig I'm sorry if you changed your mind about the service i provided. You left very happy and was amazed by my work after spending hours and hours on your hair. I value my profession and my clients. The pics I provided is your hair styled, your before hair was black and down to your waist. Sorry again, you changed your mind on your color and wanted to reverse all the work that I spent after you told me you wanted it as light possible and honestly it got pretty close to that picture, with it being styled. Sorry again if your unhappy.

She doesn't know what she's doing when ou provide her with a picture and will charge you a lot of money for a mistake!
