I needed to be seen right away, due to my illness, was seen in reasonable amount of time, taken care of in timely fashion, got shot now I'm just waiting for my medicine to be called into my pharmacy, was not done from urgent care after I was seen, it would have been done by now if it was called in !!

This place is horrible - I have been to Lake Regional Hospital in the past and it was mediocre at best but the Urgent Care is deplorable. I would rather go to a shaman or someone who just plays a doctor on TV

I signed in at 10:15 a.m., we didn't walk out of there until 2 p.m. They were unable to tell us how long or even an estimate of how long we might wait. We were in the waiting room itself until 1:30. They were terribly understaffed.
