The people that work here are a bunch of idiots. They don't know the difference between time zones. They book a load for a company they dispatch for... tell us driver is being dispatched and then with one hour to load tell us that the driver is still not empty and won't make pick up. Neither Anne, Tracy, or John (The owner with the so called 24/7 phone number) are able to pick up the phone or send an email to let us know sooner than that... Be careful if you're going to use them for your services... I would grow weary about them.
