i bought my 2004 electra glide from schaeffers used. my bike was towed to schaeffers on july15 for the front brakes being squishy. I have called them to check progress on my bike and they still havent even looked at the bike 3 weeks later. i do understand how busy they can be during the summer time. but atleast a call would of been nice to let me know what they think the bike will need and a down time. i will never recomend this dealer to any of my friends.
