As far as Feather River Properties in Oroville,Ca, I am not sure why there are ANY negative reviews. That has not been my experience with this company
at all !! Quite the opposite in fact. Some reviews are old from 2013 and Kristyn Marquez didn't even own it then and Brad White was not even the Broker in 2013. . Some of the the other negative reviews look like they were a cut and paste from a different person, same exact negative review.
In my opinion, Feather River Properties is the best Property Management Company in Oroville, CA. They are kind to their tenants and owners and when something goes wrong in one of their rentals , they are on top of it and get it fixed.
They are also very knowledgeable and are great at selling homes and land as well. I have been in there many times when other clients would go into their office and say how much they loved it in there and how nice and friendly the broker and agents were.

I agree with Emily entirely. This organization is extremely unprofessional & put your money elsewhere both renters & home owners. We saw a listing posted online, sent an application as instructed on the listing. After submitting the application they made an appointment in several days to view the house. For some reason, the next day they left us a voice mail that they needed me to call Human Resource & release certain information prior to viewing the property. Then they went on to say they will reschedule the viewing time to next week because of this. I insisted that I am working & after viewing the house they would run a credit check & verification as needed. She went on to say "thank you, good luck!" & hung up. This is extremely rude & unprofessional & I hope home owners know that this staff will make renting out your property a lot harder then it needs to be. I hope others read this before they get tangled up with this bad property management company.

This was the least professional reality company I have ever dealt with in my life. The employees were rude and unwilling to help. One woman even raised her voice and tried to pick a fight with me about my pets. I kept trying to tell her I don't own a pit bull, yet she kept on and on about how bad they were and they wouldn't rent to me because my dog must be a pit bull. (No, they never even saw a picture or met my dog.) I gave up trying to have a conversation with this woman and just walked out. Rudest customer service I think I've ever encountered. I had only gone in to the office to try and see the rentals after my phone calls hadn't been returned in days. Do yourself a favor and use a different company.
