The Sun City Vistoso Community Association consists of homeowners in the community of Sun City Vistoso. Each homeowner is automatically a member of the association. Established in 1986, Sun City Vistoso is a 1000-acre retirement community located northwest of Tucson, Ariz. The community has a population of more than 4,500 adults. Its amenities include an 18-hole golf course, sidewalks for walking and bicycling and several recreational facilities. The community has 2,400-plus homes, including single family, garden villa and patio dwellings. Sun City Vistoso is governed by an elected board of directors. The community s day-to-day operations are managed by a professional staff. The Sun City Vistoso Community Association is based in Tuscon, Ariz.
