Provided by YPmobileTwo weeks ago I got a sandwich to go from this location. I had eaten almost half my sandwich when I found a metal rivet (similar to a screw) in my sandwich. I immediately wrote an email with photos included to the home office. The next day I received a response back from the V.P. that was basically “Sorry. We will send you a refund”. Two weeks later I still haven’t heard from them. This company obviously doesn’t do well in the customer service and satisfaction area beginning with the management at the home office. My family will not be returning to any of the Baggin’s locations.
