I brought my Mercedes SUV to MBVW a few times and it was always a pleasure dealing with Matt and Linda. The last time I came for an oil change and engine light warning. When I picked up my car, I was not happy to notice a crack in the front bumper. I brought it to the attention of Matt and it was clear that he was not aware of it beforehand. However, he dealt with the issue like a gentleman and very professionally. He directed me to a body shop followed up with me several times to make sure I was taken car of. He turned around a would be bad experience and created in me a firm believer that the man is truly genuine and honest and that his shop and service is really outstanding. For this reason, I will strongly recommend his shop to anyone in need of great customer service.
