do not go to this salon. I never write negative reviews, always wanting to help businesses. But....I arrived day before Valentine's Day for 1 p.m appt. and was told I was supposed to be there at 12. I had called for directions the day before and was told to come at 1 p.m instead of 12 because he was moving me to 1 since I was no longer getting highlights which I thought was nice of me to let him know so he could schedule accordingly knowing I wouldn't need as much time. I just wanted roots and a haircut and blowdry.; So Richard said come at 1 p.m. I arrive at 12:40 but can't find the business because it is hidden in some strip centers on Rt. 1. I called to ask for help since I was sitting in a strip center and had been looking for 15 minutes and making sure I was on time for my 1 p.m. appt. I even had my husband come take my place at work, I also own a business, so I could be ontime to get my hair done. Also, we were going out for Valentines Day next day.
