My insurance lapsed for 1 month, and of course I had to go in for a deer tick bite during that time period. Not only did they do nothing for the bite, but I had to wait for nearly 3 HOURS!!!!!!! I told them I would just make payments to my account which they said was fine, but then within days of speaking to someone I started receiving phone calls and letters from a law firm for my "outstanding balance". I will NEVER go back their, I have switched to a new primary care elsewhere in Orleans and I'm sorry to say I WILL NEVER even recommend them to my worst enemy
