My refrigerator broke, we noticed because our freezer wasn't freezing, plus the clicking nose it kept making. Gene, the owner, went out of his way to make sure I got the part I needed same day, even though it meant buying from a different store, because he didn't have it in stock.He also made sure that I knew what to look for before installing the part, mistakes to avoid, and if all else failed, what else might be wrong, even if that meant we might need a new fridge. I was so thankful for their help. He even made sure I was on my way to get the part before he closed out my ticket! Putting the customer first is exceptional service and I am happy to recommend Willard Appliance and will definitely check back with them first when I need help again!

Thought I would need a new dryer, but they quickly diagnosed the problem as a stripped knob, gave me a free new knob to try, and now my 11 year old dryer keeps going... Very knowledgeable, honest, and helpful.

Willard Appliance has been around for forever and the reason is obvious. THE BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. I ordered a speed queen washer and dryer (they are the only local vendor for this brand) yesterday without seeing them!!!! Gene ( the owner) knew exactly, by my description, what I wanted. Chip the delivery/ installer was here at 8:15AM this morning putting them in.
Where else in Orlando/Apopka do you get that small town wonderful experience!!!!! I can't say enough great things about my customer experience with them. It's nice to know there are still small businesses out there that are all about great customer service!!!!!! Thank you Gene your company is the best ever!!!

Willard Appliance is the best! Knowledgeable, Friendly, and Honest. I have used their services twice, and both the owners and the service techs have gone far beyond to fix my problem than any other repair facility/dealer. I will continue to use them for all my appliance needs.

I recently purchased my new washer, a Speed Queen, after doing much research. Having determined the machine I wanted I searched for dealers locally who carried this model. Five appliance dealers in the greater Orlando area sell and service this model. I phoned three with Willard being 3rd on my list. After a lengthy and enjoyable conversation with Gene, I purchased my washer over the phone and had it delivered two days later. I stopped in their store on my way home after having another wonderful conversation with Gene and (maybe) his mother? Such great folks and when the time comes for that new dryer, I will be contacting them as well. As for the Speed Queen, I LOVE it! It has replaced my (30 yr) old Kenmore washer and is doing a fine job. Less water, short wash time, saving on laundry detergent and also saving on drying time do to the washer spinning the clothes much better than my wore out machine. Had a terrific experience today at Willard. Was a first time customer looking for a small replacement part for my dryer. Was totally impressed how MOM FRIENDLY this place is. If you are looking for a place that doesn't lead with will your husband be helping you little lady this is the place. They are full service but can get you whatever you need and are terrific when your inquisitive kid asks a millions questions... Thanks for a wonderful first experience. I will absolutely make this my first stop whenever we need service for anything in our home and will tell our friends. The fact it is conveniently located on Corrine is terrific too!

I just had my oven door fixed this morning and received the best customer service, I called the day before and made an appointment , as my house was close to where a tech lived they showed up early and on time , the tech was very professional , he fixed my oven, made sure I was 100% happy with his work and left , very reasonable , Iif I ever need to get an appliance fixed I will definitely be calling these guys , thank you

Over the years I have needed appliances and appliance repairs for our home and our rental homes. Since each home, has a fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, washer and dryer, something is bound to need repair on occasion.

I discovered Willard a number of years ago through a friend of mine.

The repair guys are always on time, very competent and will not charge for something you don't need. It's a small shop, with long term, well trained repair techs.

I will use no one else.

I have had an excellent experience at Willard Appliance; they solved a difficult problem quickly and at a very low price. Specifically, my GE microwave was sparking for no discernable reason. the Willard team completely cleaned the unit and quickly determined no parts were faulty. This mystery was solved when Willard's seasoned experts realized the contractor who built the home had put on the wrong food-holding plate -- a model that contained lead in the glass! Willard loaned me a proper ceramic plate until my new plate arrived. The only way this situation could have been rectified was by an experienced team with an eye for detail and a determination to provide customer service. Thank you Willard!

When my washing machine broke, I called Willard Appliance around 8 a.m. and a mechanic showed up at 9:30. He determined the pump had seized, replaced it right then, got the washer running and left. An hour later the washer seized up again, so the mechanic came right back and determined that the motor had burned out since it had been trying and trying to run the seized pump. He replaced the motor with a discounted one and no additional labor cost, got the washer running, and left. A few hours later I discovered that it had seized up yet again, so they came back right away, took my washer and left me with a loaner, which I've never heard of anyone doing and was a very nice gesture (especially since I would have otherwise had a soaking wet load of laundry to lug to the laundromat). They finally diagnosed the problem with my washer, which was going to be more costly to fix than it was really worth and more than I'd want to put into it, and gave me the option of just keeping the loaner washer they left me with for the price I'd already paid for the repairs or using it towards another washer, which seemed like a generous deal to me. So overall, after my experience with them I'd say they're prompt, friendly, and genuine and I'll definitely call them next time I need work done!

There were very concerned about my problem and went out of their way to call me to re-schedule my appointment for same day service as the situation would have been much worse had I waited.



5 years later and had to call again. They said they would have to "fit me it" and they did! Called 30 mins prior as requested. Finished the job in a timely manner and the bill wasn't much more than it was 5 years ago.

They gave me a last minute appt twice and they dont work with you. They give you a time in a middle of the day and say before or after that time, not even a time slot. I understand the lenght of time some labor work can take so they cant be precise, but more or less of a time is possible, not only do I know from experience but I never heard of the way they operate. They have a receptionist who if you tell her about the inconvenience, she tells you what you should do with your daily routine as if I asked her for it, just to justify the inconvenience ON A LAST MINUTE APPT! Not to mention I have a 2 year old and very busy. Very rude. When they finally arrived, I was finishing up making lunch using the stove they needed to fix and in which they had to wait a few minutes because of the lack of scheduling at the customers request. When finished he was rude and did not inform me of anything and walked out. Only to find out the issues I told him were not completely fixed and did not inform me of such and why. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this service to anyone!!!

Fast, reasonable service from a company doing business locally for three generations.

Suddenly I noticed my fridge and freezer only going down to 60degrees, so I called Willard Appliance. They came out next day just before thanksgiving. The tech. took the fridge apart carefully and tested all the parts and foud out what it was fast. He was nice and fast and had the part I needed righ in his truck. I think it took 30-45min. The fridge was back making ice and working normally about an hour later. Thanks alot. This is my new appliance guy.

My refrigerator door panels were getting hot to touch by the insulation stripping. I spoke with Gene and he told me how to correct the problem in laymens terms over the phone. My refrigerator and contents were preserved at no charge.
