Automated System versus Pharmacy Customer Service

Customer Service, Memphis to Orlando is terrible; After holding for 15, 30,minutes your are automatically disconnected. Then, after calling several more times there is no answer. Finally, the automated system asks you to give information that does not resolve your immediate situation. The automated system give customers the run around and does not give the option to speak with a pharmacy representative until the customer is battered to death or to put it kindly constantly asks, (geez!) Most of the pharmacy representative can't find patients perscription medications easily and few Finally find the information. Oh my goodness! (Smile).
