There's a lot that I would like to say, but I will leave a simple message. My experience has been very similar to Tina's. If you choose this place or even consider it, please ask a lot of questions. I was told several mistruths that I am currently trying to resolve. I received a bill just as Tina did. I even paid what I believed to be my fair share for the work performed and other charges I incurred, which I think was about $100.00. I don't remember the exact amount offhand. Either way you cut it, this has been a disappointing experience. The pool is nice, and Ms. Jones is very professional. I would speak with her as she will atleast try and attain whatever information you're needing to know. I'll update this upon completion of our dispute and write a more thorough review.

This place is a rip off. It is not enough it is so expensive, they charge you crazy amounts for "damages" after move out. I liked living there for years and when I finally decided to get my own house and move out from there I got a bill that left me in shock. The landlord lady had a walk though with me before I handed them my keys and she said it looked pretty good and the only charge might be for the carpet and some extra cleaning.

Weeks later I received a $850 bill from them for "damages". And if you don't pay it off they threaten you they will hand you to the collection agency.
