LISTEN to the reviews that you read and see about this company! They DO NOT CARE about you as a consumer or a customer at all. They only care about themselves. I worked for this company and I was only able to for a SHORT while. I was told "I think it is time for you to find another job", basically meaning were letting you go-fired. Now they are refusing to pay me my last Sales/Incentive Commissions paycheck that is owed to me. After the hours I have put in with this company, I just cannot believe they are refusing myself and ANOTHER co-workers pay. Do yourself a favor and stay with a larger company who will actually care and treat you with the best experience you deserve!

Listen to the reviews that you read here! They DO NOT care about you as a customer or consumer. I worked for this company for a little over two years and worked many hours of overtime, covered shifts when people called off and when the other staff didn’t want to stay past their scheduled time. I was having a lot of issues in my personal life (they were well aware of the situation going on) and ended up having to leave due to the personal problems I was having and nothing to do with their business itself. They told me that I could go to them and that we were “family” there. Then they went and told another rental agent working there that they did not care about my situation only if I could continue to stay there to work. They do not care about you, they only care about what fits their agenda. They are now refusing to pay me my last check owed and I cannot do anything about it now other than warn anyone reading this. I’m to the point I can’t even afford to put gas in my car and my bank account is negative. They were well aware of my financial problems and instead of doing the right thing and being good people they decide to withhold that money from me. Also if you go to rent there just know that they take photo copies of your credit card and you HAVE to sign it blank. Otherwise they won’t rent to you. And if you’re looking to rent a car here Save yourself the trouble and go rent with a big rental company inside the airport who will actually take the time to care about you as a consumer!

Worst car Rental experience of my life. Normally I use enterprise but I booked my flight to Orlando using a third-party company called just fly. They asked me if I would like to save money and book my car rental. They only quoted me for $200 so I took the deal. I called the day before my pick up to make sure I didn’t need to bring anything other than the required document they listed. I also want to make sure I have enough to cover their deposit. I was told that I needed $300 to cover the deposit. When I arrived at the airport with my bags in hand I called them to have the shuttle pick me up. They told me my reservation was canceled and my car was passed on to the next person. I Explained to them that I already paid for my reservation however they said I did not show up for my reserved time. ( I never chose a time) I argued back-and-forth and they finally said they would have a shuttle pick me up from the airport. I waited an hour and a half for shuttle to pick me up. When I arrived at the office I gave them my proof of insurance and they took my debit card for the deposit . The car was dirty, had a very loud engine sound and smelled horrible . The RPMs kept getting stuck between third and fourth gear And driving as though it was in second gear. I made the best of it without complaint. I returned the car smelling better than what I did when I got in it , made sure to respect fully clean up any garbage behind and even shook all 4 mats that had some sand on it. Not only did they refused to give me back my deposit they charged me another $65 for cleaning fee without any knowledge as to why they even changed the fee . They told me that the $250 was not a deposit rather full coverage insurance that I was mandated to take . I provided them with not only insurance card but my declaration page that I was taking my own insurance. Value car rental are thieves. Please do not rent from this place you may think you’re saving money but you will be robbed blind.

This was our first time visiting Orlando. Reading some of these reviews, I must admit I was kind of nervous at first but It turned out to be a real good experience.The attendants were really helpful the whole time. I'll be using them again for sure for my future rental car needs.

Liars Liars Liars.

From $236.02 that I booked from, I end up paying 535.28.

This company is a scamers. Be careful.

They lied about I couldn't use my insurance, and leid about the gas price in Orlando, they said that gas near airport was over $4 per gallon and later found out the gas price was 2.05. So I end up using their gas plan for 2.29. Never again from them.

Do not rent from Value , they lie and cheat people. They offer cheap cars until you go to pick up the car. They then try to charge you a fee 2 months after you declined using their service. The manager Sam B. is very rude and disrespectful to people. . They try to tell you after the fact that you should have cancelled the rental, 3 days prior to your reservation, 2 months later. They do not tell you when you are standing in front of them, that there will be a $35 service charge. When you are speaking to Sam, he rudely hangs up on you. PLEASE PEOPLE BEWARE OF VALUE, THEY ARE THIEVES.

DO NOT RENT from value, spend the extra money. This company should be shut down, I will never rent from them again. The first car smelled horribly of smoke, their reply is its not their fault if people smoke in none smoking cars, the second car was much smaller, and didn't fit my baby's car seat comfortable. The second car also had a know recall on the trunk latch, when the truck would not secure the refused to bring me a new car and said they can not foresee malfunctions in vehicles. when I asked them what the policy is if a car does not start for any reason, i did not get an direct or through answer. DO NOT RENT from Value, spend the extra $5 a day for peace of mind from anyone else.

If there was an option for zero stars - that's what I would have given! Buyer beware - YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! We rented a mini van for a week because there were 5 of us with luggage. When the van picked us up from the airport (van driver was awesome!), they take to you a Holiday Inn lobby. ONE worker at the counter. After waiting nearly 1/2 hour for the counter person to take care of the ONE person in front of me - it was finally our turn. I had all my insurance paperwork with me, as I thought I had read all the fine print. For some reason (and honestly I was barely paying attention - because I just wanted to get out of there already), he claimed my insurance didn't cover some sort of damage if done to the car. I clearly had rental coverage on my policy -so I'm not quite sure what the $300 deposit was! Anyway, here we are in 2014, and the minivan I got? It was a 2008 with 85,000 miles on it. Omg this thing was dented and scratched beyond repair. The front had a broken fog light. There was trash stuffed under the passenger seat, and a melted sucker in the cup holder in the back seat. Oh, the added fun was having to go to Walmart to get the right side turn signal bulb replaced. Luckily for Value - we decided that saving nearly $200 for the week (Budget wanted $466 for the week - we paid $260 for the week) was worth it. We called the van the rolling turd. We are not fussy people by any stretch - so it was a good laugh for the week. At least it drove good, and we didn't break down. lol

Well... We rented from Car Rentals.com, so when you want to get a bargain and be totally shocked at what you receive go there! Never Again! It took us 25 mins to get there shuttle service to pick us up, as everyone states, make sure you have your insurance policy number, thank god I did or they will give you a hard time! I booked for 5 day rental so they were suppose to give me the weekly rate. First, I booked it online in my husbands name because he would be the driver. I used my credit card, when I arrived, they said they would have to add my name as a driver because I used my credit card.... an extra $7/day... then because my flight wasn't leaving until 5pm they charged me an extra $25 for an extra day even though I was only taking the car for 5 DAYS AND I WAS PAYING FOR 7 DAYS WEEKLY RATE!!! ITS RIDICULOUS! It was a nightmare from the very start! Then when we received the car, this car the steering wheel rubber was all chewed up and missing, the seats were all stained, small dents all over it, it WAS RENT A RELIC! We were so embarrassed on having this car we wouldn't even let others go in it. Then to top it off they tell you at the end they don't give rides back to the airport!!!!!!! You have to go see Holiday Inn, and they only do it on the hour, so if your catching a flight you better call for a taxi!!! Never again, this car isn't even worth saying you'll be renting a relic, BEWARE of CAR RENTALS.COM AND VALUE RENT A CAR, ORLANDO, FL so for approx. $75 car rental, it ended up costing $175, if anyone would like to see pics or my receipt I would be glad to show you, I have pics of the car they give you! I wish I could give a -10 star rating instead of a 1!

Arrived at Orlando Airport on time, had to call for a shuttle pickup (15-20 min wait). The shuttle driver was very friendly. I arrived at the rental agency 30 mins before my pickup time, the rental agency was inside the Holiday Inn. They needed a copy of my insurance form because i denied there insurance. I contacted my insurance company to email it to them, the associate said he never received the email and wanted to contact my insurance company himself. He lied, he basically wanted to make sure that information was right because im added as a second driver on the my insurance. so he called my insurance company himself. They only have one type of of car If you order an economy car. After 45 mins of phone tag and verifying my information, i finally had my rental car. i left the agency at 12pm (my reservation was at 11am). I arrived 2 hours early of my drop-off time because of Orlando airport. i told the associate we need a ride to the airport. they only do hourly shuttles after a certain time. the associate said he would call to see if he can get me there earlier so i wont miss my flight. the associate left the building and never came back and there wasn't any other associates around. Thank you to Holiday Inn airport shuttle service i made it through security on time to catch my flight. Worst customer service, bad car rental selection and very difficult pickup/drop off procedure i ever had to go through! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!!!

horrible!!!!!

i would never use value car rental ever,anywhere. Had a rsvp in orlando for a 11:00 pick up. we have in writing,24 hr drop off or shuttle .must have made 10 calls for a shuttle.to make a long story short,we were stranded! no one answered the phone.Our hotel was kind enough to pick us up.next morning my husband called.We got nothing but unacceptable excuses (the man working that night had to leave at 8;00 his wife was sick) so i guess everyone who had a car to pick up after 8 was left holding the bag,literally! we were told the manager would call us when he got in,that they had upgraded car for us that was coming in in about 1 hr. waited and waited. no car,no call. made another call.we were told the manager was there but he couldn't find him.he would call us back. by then my husband was losing his patience. manager calls back,very rude!!! he wasn't going to do anything for us(we told him we did not expect to pay for the nights rental we never received.) and it went downhill after that.this man should n ot be running any kind of business.not only were we left stranded at the airport (we never got to our hotel until 1;30 a.m.,but the following day was wasted also.we finally rented a car from action car rental.do yourself a favor,NEVER rent from VALUE.it definitely was no value to us!

I found this rental agency difficult and demanding to deal with the day of pick up. I was not comfortable with their drop-off procedure into a shared hotel parking lot. Getting billed by them 2 months after the rental, without them contacting me prior to using my charge card was inexcusable. They had my contact information and chose not to make any attempt to reach me - not business-like or professional on any level. Use any other company!
