This company is a fraud. We paid for transportation from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral for our cruise vacation. We pre-paid $159 for a luxury mini-van to pick us up. My emails with Augusto explained that the driver would be waiting with a sign with our name on it, and he would provide 2 booster seats for our young children. When we arrived (and I called before we left Columbus, Ohio to confirm), no one was waiting. When we finally got a call back, we had to carry our luggage outside to meet a man driving a 16 passenger van that said Royal Transportation. The van smelled like smoke, was dirty inside, and had no booster seats. The driver said when Transportation Sale overbooks, they contract out with other companies like his. I called Transportation Sale; the man apologized, said he would give me a $25 credit, and they would make sure we had appropriate pick up the following Sunday upon our return. I sent an email that night confirming this information and did not receive a response. When we got back one week later, I called when we exited the cruise. We called for an hour and finally had to pay a taxi to take us to Orlando. I have yet to receive a phone call back. Transportation Sale is a fraud. When I google the company I can find the website and phone number, but no address. Reverse call up links the phone number to a cell phone, not a business. What a horrible way to end our perfect vacation. I wouldn't wish this on anyone traveling, especially a family with young children.
