I love this place ! I go there once a week and I must admit that it's my favorite salon in central Florida. The service is great and my hair and eyebrows come out looking amazing ! The workers here are all like family. They make you feel welcome and so everything in their needs to exceed and over achieve the customers expectation. I always see customer that have Been with them for years still saying that have not been any happier with their hair. Best of all their prices are great ! I've proven myself that the products that they sell in the salon are cheaper than outside in other salons or product stores. For example I use Moroccanoil products (love them) and before I bought then at the salon I checked the price in the outlets and they were twice as expensive then they were at the salon. Would definitely recommend to all ladies and guys ! They have a great barber there now !

The person under me obviously doesn't know what they are talking about because the costumer service there is amazing. This is probably just a hater or a former employee that sucked because comes to look at it, this is the only review she has written on this website! You jealous douche bag. Go get a life! If i didn't say so myself the only rude one here is you! its funny because everyone that does there always ends up coming back. you aren't wanted in the salon and that is why they are doing so great without you.

Everyone there is extremely sweet and funny. its a Hispanic thing:) they treat you like family here and that's an awesome advantage!

I would not get my hair cut, styled, or buy any products from this place. The blond woman that works there is very rude and nasty. I do not know what happened to the nice woman who used to work there, but the workers there now are disrespectful and lie to sell products. I bought Keratex and Colagen from the blond woman, and she put the product in a cheap bag that broke as I walked out the door. The Colagen was not closed all the way and some of the product went on the side walk and all over me. I walked back in and she tried to say I opened the Colagen conditioner instead of apologizing. I went to the sink to wash my hands and she fixed the cheap bag and I left. She had told me she was out of the Alfaparf that I buy every month, and convinced me the Keratex and Colagen was a lot better. Now I find out they are not selling the Alfaparf any more, and when I went back in to tell the blond woman how bad the Keratex and Colagen was, she told me too bad I used it and I could not return it. She walked away yelling at me telling me I could not try products and then return them. I explained I had only used the shampoo and I did not like it in my hair and she called me a liar. I asked her if she remembers when I had to come back into the beauty shop because she gave me a broken bag that broke and it went to the ground, and she said yes. I said I want to return it because I did not use it. She told me she would give me a credit only on the shampoo and conditioner and then told me to forget it.



I waited patiently and asked her for the owners name and she would not give it to me. This place has went down the tubes. I used to have great service done to my hair, and the lady that used to work there was very nice and professional.



Also, if you look at the blond hairdressers hair, you definitely would think she does not care about herself. She dresses like a slob, and her hair is in bad shape. It is all dry and over processed. The new management really messed up hiring this woman and he should have a video camera in there so he can see how these woman (the blond) treat people.

I never write bad reviews, and this is something I had to take time out and write. Being so busy, I definitely wanted to let people know what a bad place.
