The Worst! The people were rude and nasty. The shop was a mess with two little kids and their toys all over and the floor was filthy. My order wasn't ready and then they gave me the wrong thing. She did take off the price of one corsage but no way would I go back and be treated like trash. A real shame. They don't belong in Hunters Creek!

rude and arrogant

Just. Don't. Go... Don't. When I walked in, there was a fuss going on in the back room. I heard a kid say several times, "There's a customer." Then Anne fuss over who was going to deal with the customer. When telling her what I wanted and asking a few questions, the sales lady got impatient with me. She also basically told me I would get whatever flower they had in that day. When I said I'm not sure I would be happy with that, she said "Why not?" Just was far below the midst basic standard of customer service. Ironically, there seemed to be a man on his knees praying at the front door when I walked in. They need prayer. That might be the only reason they are still in business.

Great customer service is the key to every successful business.. HOW this florist ever acquired customers is beyond me. They are so rude on the phone. They make you feel like you are a salesman calling their business. I was going to order a nice Valentines bouquet for my wife but after being mistreated on the phone, I changed my mind. I see, that I am not the only one and it was not just due to busy V-day season. Very disappointed. I am usually not someone writing bad reviews online but the lady on the phone was just out of place. This store truly deserves all its bad reviews.

Such awful customer service

This was the worst experience I have had with a business. The first lady I spoke with was rude. I asked her what type if flowers they use for corsages, I thought this was a fair question, and she was very terse and said "uh roses, that's all we use!" oh ok, so I ordered one reluctantly. Then I, for unforeseen circumstances had to cancel the order and this chick hung up on me after going off on me. I think Hunters Creek Elementary is doing their parents a disservice by using this place. I would never recommend it to anyone who actually wants good customer service. Terrible experience. They need a lesson on how to treat people.

Terrible customer service. Clearly they are doing so well financially that they can afford to turn down business and burn bridges. I called asking for help because I had an issue with another vendor. They refused by saying " You have got to be kiding! I can't believe you want me to fix something your other vendor screwed up! you have got ot be out of your mind!" I understand if you can accomadate a last minute request but you have just ruined any opportunity they might have had to work with a reputable company.
