Total Sleep Management deserves less than even one star. There were numerous patients at the facility at the Cypress Crossing office. There was only one technician attending all the patients. That is probably the result of TSM filing for bankruptcy in 2016. The technician was overwhelmed, running back and forth setting up patients for the study. For close to 2 hours she kept apologizing for the delays and "I'll get to you in just a moment". After approximately 7 hours of sleep and (I think) testing I awoke and the tech told me they didn't get all the data and I would have to come back. She never even told me to put my Cpap mask on to test the pressures needed which is usually the second half of the study. This was my third Sleep Test, so I think I know how the test goes. Even my doctor had never heard of a 2 part Sleep Study. I would recommend avoiding Total Sleep Management due to under staffing, the lack of concern for the patients and their safety.
