Owners should always use caution when they hire managers. From the beginning he comes across rude, arrogant and now looking back dishonest. He sold me a used tire that should have gone to the dumpster or shredded. Hours after I took it home the tire was flat, that is when I noticed the tire had a huge hole that was improperly and carelessly plugged from the outside right through the threads. I called and he rudely mentioned that they it was probably my fault and they don't sell tires like that. Upon returning to the shop and seeing the "plug" (since their policy is no refunds or exchanges) he "fixed" the tire and resentfully apologized. He told me if it happens again he will refund my money. (he probably knew that it would). Lo and behold it did go flat again. Lucky for him and unlucky for me it was 12 days "past the 30 days warranty period". When I brought it back again and explained the situation he shouted angrily: "that is what happens when you buy used tires and not new " and "even if u wanted to buy new tires from me I would not sell it to you". I have bought about 50 used tires in my lifetime and I never had this type of issue or dealt with such a rude and angry seller or manager. Unless they get rid of this guy stay away ,you have been WARNED. I found out that they are plenty of honest used tires shops around (which I am not going to mention so my review wont come across as bias) which wont sell u any junk just because is "used".
