I went into this particular Subway shop for the first time after coming out of my bank making a deposit. All 5 of the employees behind the counter were attempting at assisting me. Not in any smothering way. When i got to the register, my card was declined. I told the manager that I would go to the bank to get the money and I told her to hold my sandwich on the side. With the upmost confidence in me, she told me to go ahead and take my meal and to pay her on my next trip. I will definitely do that and I will for sure make several trip. Kudos to the crew at this location. By coincidence, I had just come out of a customer service training that I assist in with the Orange County Health Department and the crew more than exceeded my expectations. Great job guys.
