Lausy customer service

I was attempting to buy a new range and microwave ($2000.00). I called Southeast Steel to get some pricing and was comparing this pricing with a few others local companies. But suddenly while speaking to the company rep I was told to just come in. I explained that I live 45 minutes away and I do not want to do this because the items I was searching for were not available locally. The company rep told me he didn't have the time to work with me, and I would need to come in. I asked to speak to a manager. The rep told me he was the manager. I asked for his name, and it turns out this is the owner Stu Kimble. Due to this poor treatment I would never buy anything from this company.
