I really loved visiting this spa, went there for a facial and my face felt great afterwards and the atmosphere was nice and quiet with some nice relaxing music in the background

I will try to give the benefit of the doubt and say that they are possibly just understaffed and overwhelmed due to high volume of a Groupon; however, I purchased a Groupon and had the worst time trying to get a hold of anyone, the voicemail box is typically full and no one picks up. I contacted through email to finally make an appointment, then when it came time for my appointment I couldn't locate the store, as it's located within a strip and they have no sign for themselves, then I called for almost 20 minutes to find exactly where they are located and you can hear someone deliberately pick up the phone before reaching voicemail and hanging up, this happened numerous times. Someone eventually did call back but it was too late and I spoke with groupon to be credited back in groupon points.
