My wife called the company and told them that all we needed were two men to help load and unload our truck. Joe gave us a quote and we told him to please sendthe quote to our email so we could have te written quote. Joe say no problem. 3 days went by and no email. I called and talked to Joe and told him that we have not received an email from them. Ge said he was sorry and would send it right out. Thus was at noon. At 4:55 I asked my wife if she got the quote, she said no. I called and Joe told me that it will be sent out at 4pm. I told him it's 5 and he said maybe it will get sent kit tomorrow. I tild him not to worry about it and that we will be going with another company. He said good luck.

The Smoother Mover moved my husband and I from Nashville, TN to Orlando, FL. We moved to Orlando to be closer to our Son/Daughter in law and our 2 little ANGELS Hannah and Sarah ( Grandchildren ). The initial move went off without a hitch. The entire move took 3 days from start to finish. Unfortunately, my husband had to have a triple bypass 18 months after arriving in Orlando FL. After all the results we felt more comfortable having the procedure performed at Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville TN. I contacted Joseph at The Smoother Mover location in Orlando FL and explained the situation, he asked when the procedure was to be carried out and gave his condolences. We booked a date for our partial move.Our moving Crew arrived on time and began to load just the things I had to have while we were in Nashville TN. Once in Nashville TN the doctors wasted no time. The procedure went smoothly. Joseph and his Professional staff took care of all of our moving needs during this tragic time in our lives. Very affordable, Courteous and Truly a PLEASURE to have had The Smoother Mover involved in our time of moving needs.
