They just overdosed my cat on anesthesia for a spay and killed her. Lied to me about it and covered up the real reason. My cat had a full blood panel and ultrasounds to show she was in perfect health. Vet actually gave three different scenario's of what it was without any testing to determine it. She lied and covered for the tech that administered the anesthesia. Was told by a staff person that the doctor doing the spay also had a bad record and that day was also her last day there. Dr. Adkins owns the place and has had more doctors in and out of there than Paris Hilton has had d*ck. Go any where but here, they are shady liars and do not have your pets best interest.

This is absolutely the worst Veterinary clinic I have ever seen! Dr. Diaz is the rudest most unprofessional Vet. I have ever met! He never even touched my puppies. He contradicted himself to the point my 13 year old looked at me like “is he nuts?” No one introduced themselves including him! He told the techs what to do and I could tell they didn’t have a clue!! Please don’t take your animals there! It’s not worth the little money you might save and you might lose your pet!! I have never written a review before but felt like I needed to for the sake of the fur babies!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place! The receptionist charged me for pain medication and it was never given to my cat prior to surgery, my poor cat came home crying in a very high ptch, sommething I have never heard before. I called the office to question the medication and the receptionist stated she made an error on the paper work which is why it was never given. When I arrived to pick up my cats, their cages had stool and urine inside which the cats were just sitting in and shivering. They had to call me back to tell me they over charged me beacsue the receptionist obviously didnt look at the paper work I had filled out that clearly stated they were two males. When I saw the vet himself I never even got a hello or a sorry for all the inconvenience and poor service I had recieved. I was livid to know my cats had been sitting in their cages god knows how long, shivering and covered in urine/feces. You obviously get what you pay for which explains why they are so cheap. I dont care how much money I have to spend on my babies next time because I will NEVER EVER be returning to this place, (that is surprisingly still in business) ever again! I feel terrible knowing how many pets have died after reading the reviews. I thank god my babies are ok and didnt show any signs of illness besides the pain one of the, had to go through before I found out he was not medicated. However for the rest of the people who had to loose their pets, there is no fixing that, and that is just horribly tragic. PLEASE KEEP YOUR PET ALIVE BY NEVER TAKING THEM TO THIS PLACE!

Service is great the prices are affordable. Dr. Lakkur and Diaz are the best. Very caring. Lila, Obama, Phoebee and Bandit appreciate how well they are care for. Thanks 408!

I recently relocated back to Orlando and my cat started to act funny so we thought it was definitely time for a visit to a vet. I'm very reluctant taking my cat to the vet because we do a raw diet and stay away from common Western Medicine more then most. I was so impressed though with Dr. Melendez. He took so much time to get to know my cat and listened to everything I asked and said. I did not feel rushed at all. I felt like he respected how I wanted to take care of my pet more than the majority of vets we have been to. Coming from me who is rather picky, I would recommend this vet to anyone living in Orlando.

I absolutely love this clinic and the staff. Every time we visit, the staff are so friendly and more than happy to help us in anyway they can. Dr. Diaz is our vet and we absolutely love him. He takes care of our sweet Australian Shepherd on a moments notice and even took our kitty into surgery after hours for an issue that could not wait. We could not ask for a better vet or clinic to take our little ones to. We love them and feel very safe with our pets there.

This is the only vet I go to. I have been coming here for four years.

Today I brought my cat back for a follow up to her spaying. Everything is healing perfect and she is almost back to normal. This is the 2nd cat I have gotten spayed here. Highly recommend.

Super sweet vet. I bright my two dogs here for all of their care. One time I also brought a stray dog here. They fixed him up and even helped find him a home.

I brought my daughter's new puppy here for her shots after a neighbor recommended the place. The place was clean and the staff was nice. What more could you ask for.

I have been coming here for 4 years. I get all my dogs flea meds and years shots here. One time my dog got in to something that made him very sick. I took him here and they saved his life. I owe them so much. Thank you!
