I have been ringing for 5 days about one of their listings nobody ever answered the phone or responded to voicemail or even the zillow email message i sent I guess theyre not in a hurry to sell your property

I listed my time share with this company after I was guided to a PHONEY BBB listing that gave them an A rating. I paid a listing fee of $895.00 with a money back guarantee if my property did not sell in 6 months. Six months came and went and no sell, no offers, nothing. I followed all the guidelines outlined in bold in the listing agreement regarding submission of a written refund request within the time frame outlined. I even sent my request via certified mail so I have a copy of the person, date and time my request was received. After many many phone calls and dozens of stories why I had not received my money back, I turned them into the actual BBB, who has a very large, very negative file on this company. Realty Trade ignored the BBB requests for information just as they did my request for refund!! My only recourse is to fly to FL and file a claim against them in Small Claims Court, but that probably will not work either because last time I called I noticed they have changed their name to Reatly Properties, same address, same local phone number, so they likely bankrupted Realty Trade and are now SCAMMING people under a new name...... BEWARE!!!
