I wish you could rate this hotel as zero stars. I stayed in this hotel and from night 1 I went into front office and told them about the roach bugs in the room. The gentleman at the front desk said he would take care of the problem. Well we got back from Disney word that night and back to the roaches again. I seen only a couple small ones and I killed them so I called the front office and he said he would get someone to take care of it. I said I already told them once and he said I assure you he would get someone on it in the morning. So we got up went to Disney World again and got up the next morning and called them again and I said it was twice I have complained about the roaches please get it took care of. He said they would. Well got back late and went to bed and got up the next morning to go to universal and we were greeted by them same little creatures so I called the front office and he said he would have it took care if and I asaid that's what they already told me for 2 days now and it hasn't been took care of. So I got to bed and woke up around 3:00 am to go to the bathroom and there is roaches all on the headboard if the bed and big ones at that so I woke everybody up and I went and checked out and told him why I was checking out and he said he would pass it on. This was the worst Quality Inn I have ever stayed in my whole life I do not recommend staying here unless you want to sleep with the roaches..
