Wow I was promised a special which would only let me be charged a fee of $25.00 since I would only be renting a storage unit for a week; only to be told the following day such a special doesn't exist and I wound have to pay the regular monthly $70.00 fee. To make it worse the lady I spoke to by the name Vanessa was so rude and said I was never told about a special by any of their employees! Becareful when doing business with this company!!!
