I am a fairly new customer to Prostaff and let me just say that this company knows what great customer service is all about!!! I use them for my indoor pest control and my lawn care. I have not seen a single bug since I started my service and my lawn is starting to look better than ever! The staff is very friendly, courteous and professional. I would recommend Prostaff to anyone who is in need of a great lawn & pest control company. A+++++

I was very reluctant to have to spend any more money, but I had seen a few bugs in my home and I have children so I knew I had to. I went on yp.com and did a search for pest control companies, and to my surprise there were so many in this area. I looked up and down the list and what really caught my attention about Prostaff was the video. I watched it, and the man seemed so genuine that I proceeded to do some research of my own. I went to the BBB website and they have an A+ rating with them. The next morning I called to inquire about the process. The young lady that answered the phone was very friendly and professional and eased my mind about having a stranger in my home. I made an appointment for a technician to come out to my home and give me an estimate, I don't know what I was expecting to see at my door but I was pleasantly surprised to see a well manicured man at the door. He came in and did his inspection of my home (which btw, was free), took the time to explain to me what the services entailed and the different options they offered. I asked questions and he answered each one sincerely. He was there for about an hour and a half and made sure that I understood each and every detail. All this and he hadn't made any money off me yet. I really felt like the money wasn't his concern but keeping my home free of bugs was a big concern to him. He wasn't pushy, he just shook my hand and said thank you for your time, wether you purchase our services or someone elses feel free to call me with any questions you may have, I'd be happy to help anyway I can. I couldn't believe he didn't try to get my credit card right then. I was just so enthralled with the whole experience from the start. I have been with this company for 3 months now and have not seen 1 insect, I recommend Prostaff highly and it's nice to know that there are companies that appreciate that customer service keeps them in business.

I have been a Pro-Staff customer for many years and have always been completely satisfied with the quality of service they provide and the respect I am given as a customer. The girls in the home office and the new Seminole office are extremely courteous and attentive to my needs when I call. The technicians show up on time with a smile on their face, in uniform ready to work.Pro-Staff. I recommend Pro-Staff tp all my friends for pest control, termite or lawn treatments.
