My wife and I moved here from LA and the call center reps were friendly and helped my wife and I get our water and sewer account set up. They helped show how we can monitor water use with a personal online webpage. We didn't have this in California. The water is expensive but the taste is better than what we had. If not for the cost I would have given them all 5 stars.

We recently received a letter stating that our water rates would be increasing October 1, 2012. We are using water that smells and is not drinkable. We have to purchase all of our drinking water. I think it is" highway robbery" to place an increase on the Wedgefield community considering the water quality we are now faced with.
