Company name isn't the same as on the menu ( Italian Garden Pizza & Grill, Orlando) which quotes "we deliver fast". 2:15hrs later, just as we called for the fourth time to finally cancel, our soggy, cold and tasteless pizza, wings and fries to arrive. Have since suggested our hotel stops letting the leaflet drop here which is why we used them in the first place!

Don't ever eat or order from this place. Stayed at Universal and got one of their menu's under the name of Stefano's pizzeria and they told me a 45 minute wait. two hours later the food finally arrived, cold and disgusting. Seems that this place is operating under several different names so don't order anything from a pizza place located at 9785 South Orange Blossom trail in Orlando Fl. I know I won't.

Pizza Boys is a complete disgrace. Do NOT ORDER from HERE...It is a fraud business. They go by Gio's Pizza, Gino's Pizza, and Pizza Boys. The service is terrible. Pizza order came late and incomplete. The people there are soooo rude and one of the Indian guys there actually cursed at me. No Manager on site??? Plus delivery driver invaded my family's privacy. This place needs to be shut down. Just like NY style...best around..these guys really know what they are doing..awesome job..everything on the menue is incredible..i recommend to anyone..

DO NOT! I REPEAT...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. THEY HIRE PEOPLE OFF THE STREETS TO SOLICIT THEIR GENERIC MENUS, AND THEIR PIZZA TASTE AWFUL. PLEASE DO NOT GET CAUGHT UP IN THE HYPE WITH ONE OF THOSE SOLICITORS. THEY ARE RUDE, AND THEY WILL CURSE YOU OUT IF YOU ASK THEM TO STOP PUTTING THOSE GENERIC MENUS UNDERNEATH YOUR DOOR. CHECK WITH YOUR FRONT DESK CLERK, THEY CAN PROVIDE YOU WITH LEGITIMATE PIZZA PLACES THAT DELIVERS IN YOUR AREA. A TOTAL WASTE!

I can’t say anything about the taste of the pizza as we never ate it. Order arrived 45 minutes late to our hotel. The container of garlic knots had what looked like dirt on it. The pizza box was not warm to the touch at all (in fact it was cold like it had been sitting out in front of a car’s A/C vent). At that point I wasn’t sure if we were going to eat the pizza or not, but I still paid and gave a 15% tip. The delivery guy started going off on me and said “that’s it, that’s all you’re giving me”. I told him to take the pizza back and he refused so I sat it in the hallway and left it. Called the restaurant and the person answering the phone said that there wasn’t a manager there (on a Saturday night). I asked for a refund and for the driver to come to get the pizza. The pizza was still sitting there the next morning and I’m still waiting on the refund.
