Pineloch Elementary employs several teachers, instructional coaches, speech therapists, guidance counselors, media specialists, psychologists and paraprofessionals. It offers courses in art, computer applications, music, science and physical education. The school also conducts book fairs, curriculum nights, field trips and award assemblies. Located in Orlando, Fla., Pineloch Elementary is managed by Orange County Public Schools, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools. The district offers an array of special education programs to meet the cognitive, social and emotional needs of gifted students. It also provides guidance programs that address the academic, career and personal needs of students. The district additionally manages a fleet of buses and provides more than 140,000 student trips each day.
