I have been taking all of our pets here for several years, and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. Since Dr. Klein has purchased the business many improvements have been added, the office is always clean, and a huge help is....they are open Saturday mornings!! His office staff and techs are all friendly and make you feel like family. They are great with both our dogs and are always willing to lend a helping hand or give a hug during those super hard times we all face at some point. We have been seeing Dr. Klein and I can tell you first hand he is the best there is. He honestly cares and treats each and every pet that comes in like they are family. I never feel rushed, and Dr. Klein will answer any/all questions and explain so you totally understand. He recently removed a VERY complicated cyst below my dogs eye...and not only did he remove the cyst, he was able to reconstruct and maintain my puppies normal eye shape! You would never know he had surgery. Another example of the care we have received while going here is a couple years ago my other puppy had mange...she was misdiagnosed until Dr. Klein examined her. She ended up developing a severe case that was resistant to most treatment options. Dr. Klein found the right treatment, helped me with cost saving options for medication, and never gave up on my little girl! No matter how bad she looked he instantly gave her hugs and kisses as soon as he walked in the exam room. It is clearly obvious he takes a personal interest in his patients. I know my pets are in excellent care while being treated here. Dr. Klein and his team have proven themselves beyond words and I highly recommend you coming in for a visit to see for yourself.

I do not normally write reviews but this clinic has given me the hope to share my thoughts. I went to Pine Castle for a second opinion when my cat just kept doing worse and worse. Dr Klien and Dr craig were just the most rofessional vets i have ever met. They diagnosed my cat and saved her life. I am forever grateful to these people. i am a believer! I reccomend this clinic to every one who has a pet and wants super care!

I brought my 5 year old Golden Retriever here in Aug. 08 and left him in the care if the doctor... Or so I thought. Stay away from these guys unless you want your pet DEAD!

Staff is very nice. It smelled really good, not dirty and they are open 6 days a week. Thought it was a great place.
