Honest company. Work was completed beyond my expectation.

First I have to say that the owners Celber and Luciene Ferreira are very honest and friendly. people Everything they said they would do concerning the replacement of my driveway they did and it was completed quickly and beyond my expectation. Lucienne kept me informed of the process from the time I signed my contract to the day they came to put in my new driveway. I highly recommend them. If I could give them a six star rating I would. :)

Outstanding quality and service!

Luciene and the entire staff are so helpful and do an AMAZING job!! We had our pool deck covered with pavers and loved it so much we got our driveway done. They guided us through the whole process and do quality work and left the job spotless. After I had the driveway done I must have had 20 people asking me who did it because it looked so nice!! Thanks guys!

Quick Response

Friday afternoon before closing Orlando Brick Pavers came to my rescue for small immediate problem to locate a brick paver. Not only was the manager courteous, friendly, and solved the problem...but loaded the pavers into my car herself...if only all businesses were so helpful.Thank you so much Luciene!!!!!!!!!!

4 Strikes - Don't Waste Your Time. Wait, make that 6

I chose OBP because of the great reviews. Howevever, my experience was disappointing from the start. First, when I called I asked for a Saturday appointment; this is the only time my husband and I are home at the same time. The lady who answered told me there were no times available on a Saturday for the next two weeks (which was fine); Howver, she refused to make me an appointment for three weeks out because SHE doesn't like to make people wait. During our conversation she repeatedly asked if I really needed Saturday (we do) and pressed me on my work schedule during the week. When I told her my husband and I work from 8:00-7:00 she made a comment "you must not have kids" (we do). Strike 1. I about had it with her by then but she told me she would try to work me in during the next two Saturdays and would call me as soon as the "guys" we're back. Fast forward a week - no call. I finally called back and the same lady answered. When I asked why no one had called she rattled off excuses that "so-and-so was sick and "so-and-so" had to cover him....". I get that but it would have taken her two minutes to call me. Strike 2. She made an appt for the following Saturday at 10:00; she suggested the time. At 8:30 on Saturday she called, said something unintelligible, and asked if she could come over right away. Frustrating - we rushed to get us and our daughter up and ready. A lady arrived (not sure if it was the same lady from the phone) with a gentleman assisting. She was good at taking measurements and offering suggestions, but she let it slip the reason she had to come over early was because she forgot she had company in town and she wanted to get back to entertain them. She also didn't have any samples. Shes brought couple of catalogues and photos of other jobs but no actual pavers. She told us we would have to drive to their showroom to see them. Seriously? I've had hardwood flooring contractors come out to bid and they brought a truck full of samples. Same with our carpet installer. It's so important to see the product at your house next to your walls and furniture- it's common sense. Strike 3. At the end of the appointment she told us we would hear from her on Monday with a quote. It's the FOLLOWING Sunday now and, of course, she hasn't called. Strike 4. We're now have an appointment with another paver company. I would not recommend OBP. Update - the following day after posting this review I received an email from OBP stating they have not heard from me since they sent the quote. Really?? Strike 5. I responded I did not receive the quote. Their response? "Dear Amy, thank you for your reply. Once you have a chance to overviews.....". Bad grammar aside the kicker is my name is not AMY. It's April. In fact, it's in my email address. And on all previous emails, including the one she was responding to. And it should be in their #**!*#% file. Strike 6. Again - don't waste your time. All the other reviews may be 5 stars BUT check the timing. Many are on the same day or clustered together. I wouldn't be surprised if OBP employees posted reviews themselves. Be wary of this company.

A New Walkway Using our Old Bricks

When we decided to reconfigure our old brick walkway, we began looking for a local professional to relay the bricks in the new pattern. After talking with the folks at OBP, we knew that we had found the right people to help us. They are knowledgeable, courteous, dependable, and carry the proper insurance. The work was done quickly and well with some nice artistic touches applied to the pattern. We would use their services again, and recommend that other homeowners check with OBP when getting ideas and estimates.

Pool Deck for Maitland Home

Orlando Brick Pavers did an outstanding job on my pool deck. The attention to detail was amazing. They were not satisfied until it was perfect. And when they were completed, it was perfect. I have never had any work like this done before. I was unsure of the whole process. Luciene and her team made the whole process very easy. From picking my colors and pattern to the final product.. They worked hand and hand with my pool refinishing company. I chose the Random Design Pattern with a Cantilever Boarder around the pool. I have to say, it looks incredible. If asked by anyone looking to have pavers installed, I wouldn't hesitate recommending OBP. They are truly a Top Notch Company. Attentention to detail was the key. Thank you OBP for exceeding my expectations.

Excellent job and wonderful people to work with!!

Orlando Brick Pavers (OBP) did an excellent job at all stages of the process from the free estimate to the ripping out our cracked concrete driveway and installing the new base and brick pavers. They are very responsive to customer needs and wants.Professional at every step in the process .

New pool deck with pavers

We had pebbles or Chattahoochee stone as our pool deck and it was deteriorating. We wanted to upgrade to pavers which gives it a clean modern look. We chose Orlando Brick Pavers as a friend recommended them to us and she is also in the pool business. Boy are we happy. From the salesman on down to the pool cleaning people and everyone in between were extremely diligent in the work they did. It was like the old days when people were proud of the job they did.I would recommend this company to anyone that needed to pave anything with pavers. Great job at a fair price.

Orlando Brick Pavers

I give Orlando Brick Pavers five stars. I went with them based upon a friend's recommendation. They did a great job for me and what I liked most was they did not sign off on the job until they checked to make sure I was satisfied. There was no resistance to "tweaking" things. Lucy in the office and Cleber on site were graat.

Clay Brick Patio

Can't say enough about the quality and timliness of the bueatiful clay brick patio installed at our house by OBP! The crew was professional, curtous and cleaned up after themselves. Plus, they finished 700 sq ft, including removing sod, laying and compacting the substrate, installing a drain laying the bricks and sanding the whole area in only two days. We highly recommend these guys.

Excellent job

Good materials, fast labor and great price. Most important, the inclination of pavers for water to drain. Thank you.

Thank You

I was very pleased with the service and workmanship from Orlando Brick Pavers. They help design and complete my patio in a timely manner. I fully recommend them for any brick or paver project.

We chose travertine for our patio which was beautiful when sealed. The workmen were very reliable and did a wonderful job. The owners were very pleasant to deal with.
