It has been hard for us to find a landscaping company that is good on their work after you write them a check. Rodney is quick to get you a quote, quick to get his guys out there, quick to come and check things with you before you pay him, and quick to send guys back out to make things right if it isn't. And he will make sure it is corrected. So refreshing!



Honestly he is the only guy I call on for anything to do with our yard anymore. He's reliable. Yeah he might not be the cheapest place out there, but I'd rather pay a little more to have someone that will come back to make things right than some fly by night company. I've had enough of places like that.

Orlandoscape showed up and did a good job of installing the sod, but THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. A lot of the sod that got laid ended up being damaged, or full of weeds. After doing everything on our part to ensure the grass did as good as it could (Massey bug spray , watering etc) the grass was still really patchy in some areas, and plain dead in others.



Orlandoscape offers a replacement warranty for 30 days after install. Or so they say. I tried to have them come back to replace the bad sod, but they have been dodging calls for 2 weeks straight. The owner did leave a card in my door saying he would replace some grass, but that it was damaged because I didn't spray for bugs and he would not replace that grass.



I have all the receipts to prove we had a reputable bug company spray 3 days after the sod was installed.



Long story short, you get what you pay for. Orlandoscape was cheaper than other places, but once they have your money don't expect to see them fulfill any of their other warranties or promises. Heck don't even expect them to answer the phone.

I searched high and low for a reputable company to install irrigation and sod in my home I found a coupon for an irrigation deal in a circular by Orlandoscape Inc and Rodney the owner of Orlandoscape came out , gave me an unbeatable deal in January when business was slower.. I called May 15th , to get a new estimate Rodney came back the next day and gave me a better deal.. Even though the circular was out of date and it is now the busy season he promised to move my job up so that I can enjoy it soon and On May 17th. I awoke at 9am to the irrigation crew putting in my system, all high quality , new materials . 3pm my irrigation was done, my 2400 sq. ft. of Zoysia sod was laid beautifully and the job was done.. I paid half up front and the remainder on completion... So if ya ask me, " I say that Orlandoscape Inc. is a very good company and Rodney is an honest hard working business man and his crew were polite and neat . Until you own a business of your own it is hard to understand that good help is hard to find and nothing is 100 percent everyday..The fact is I trust that if I have a problem Orlandoscape will be here to help me fix it.. You can't ask for anything more. Great Job Rodney and Crew I appreciate it tremendously , keep it up...

I should have known when they did not answer the phone until trying three times, and then the man blammed the women for their poor phone service. The man apologized and promised me good service going forward. I ordered 4 yaqrds of rocks on Monday, and he said he would make sure by Wednesday i would have them delivered, since i clearly said my workers would be waiting at 8am on Thursday to lay the rocks. He promised to have them although he did say they were busy and could not promise when, but they would be delivered.

He charged my credit card $608 bucks and promised they would be there Wednesday. I am sure you can guess, no rocks. Worse yet, no answer again on the phone. Just an answering machine. I left two messages. No call back. While I thought i was getting a deal since they were cheaper than the other places, but in the end i paid more since i have no rocks and have to pay workers for nothing to do.

I will never use them again. Be aware, cheap sometimes ends up costing more, not to mention aggravation.
