If you don't mind your driver showing up an hour earlier than your pre-stated time and then leaving with another passenger, this may be the service for you! We left the cruise ship exactly at the time we specified when making our reservation, but were forced to wait 45 minutes for another driver to come pick us up (and this was only after several angry phone calls)



When you book a private sedan or limousine, you expect a higher level of service. This company has not realized this. Even if you are left behind, canceling your reservation at the last minute is not an easy option since according to their terms and conditions, this would be "at the last minute," and you would still be charged. (Although I would imaging that many companies have a similar policy).



I highly recommend you steer clear of this company!
