Excellent experience from the first day I walked into the showroom to the final installation. Elizabeth & Jorge valued my time & opinions. They never tried to "sell", but allowed me to "buy". Jorge showed me around the stone-yard. He explained the process, pricing, & maintenance of the different products so that I could make an informed decision. He wrote down all of my comments so with each visit (there were a few) he could take up right where we left off.
Elizabeth set up the template/installation dates/times & we were not disappointed
- on time, excellent craftsmen. Concerned there might be a misunderstanding, Elizabeth was able to correct it over the phone.

We had kitchen counters installed in July. My wife and I are as happy, or even happier, now then when the counter was new. Jorge and Elizabeth were both a pleasure to work with, very supportive, letting us take our time to decide what we wanted. Installation went as planned and the Orlando Granite Stop crew was great about cleaning as they worked. They did a great job throughout the process and service after the sale has been just as good. I can easily recommend them.

We just redid our kitchen we have the placer to do it with Orlado Granite Stop. It has been the most delightful and pleasant experience you could imagine! From being picking out our slab and change it last minute to the installation. These guys are amazing and are so professional. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy! Love them! Definitely would recommend and we will use them again!

Good selection of granite. Service was fast and on time, with follow up to confirm appointments the day before. Prices were very fair. Installers were very efficient and careful for the most part. The granite looks great! Two little glitches...one with caulking and one with use of acetone that dripped on to new cabinets. Both issues were resolved satisfactorily by the company. They have good communication which is key to any successful organization. Great job Jorge and Orlando Granite Staff!

Jorge and all the staff at Orlando Granite Stop did a fantastic job on my kitchen counters. They were precision cut and fit perfectly. They were fast and efficient, answered all our questions and left us highly informed regarding the care of our new counter tops. I would highly recommend them for any and all marble and granite work. Orlando Granite Stop just installed granite countertops in my kitchen. They did a wonderful job! The men who installed the granite arrived on time and did a thorough, neat job. They also took time to clean up the mess they made before they left. My husband and I could not be happier with the quality that Jorge and his employees gave to us.
My husband and I also admire their professionalism. When we went to his store to pick out our granite, Jorge took the time to show us around the showroom and the storage rooms. Orlando Granite Stop has been a true blessing to my family! We needed granite countertops to complete a bar area in our upstairs bonus room and I explained to them the importance of having it done quickly. They were booked up for a week (always a good sign) but, Jorge the owner agreed to meet me the next night after hours to accommodate my hectic schedule. He was able to design it and make a template that night! Because of my busy schedule, he was able to pick out the perfect granite and find the exact sink I needed without me having to worry about it. We were getting our house ready to put on the market and needed this completed fast, but we were also going on vacation the next week. Needless to say, it was a perfect storm for a contractor trying to make a customer happy. He, asked when we would be back and he had two installers there that day. The install, sealing, caulking, and cleanup went flawless!!This is the very first review I have ever done, and I rarely recommend companies, but I do suggest you call Jorge and his staff and have your own great experience!

We had our new beautiful counters installed last week. As a business owner myself, I was totally impressed with every step of the purchase and installation process. I have never owned stone counters before so I had no idea of where to start. Elizabeth took her time to explain the different granite options and price differences. Once we decided what was right for us, we were immediately scheduled for the measurement and installation date. Everything went according to schedule, but we were even more impressed with the quality of the counters and care the installer took putting them in.

A huge thank you to Jorge and Elizabeth. We chose Santa Cecilia granite and it was a very complicated flow pattern to be installed in our large kitchen. This amazing installer team was able to cut it so all the flow matched and the seam was absolutely outstanding. You can't even tell. the installers used about three different color mixtures for the seam and it is near perfect. Our contractor said he has never seen a granite job he liked as much as ours. We could not be happier with the job. We just knew that it was going to be a perfect fit for us when we walked into the store. Thank you, Orlando Granite Stop.

I want to thank Jorge and Orlando Granite Stop for a wonderful experience. I had been emailing a bunch of companies and no one would answer me because my request was too small. I needed a 54x15 piece of marble for a shower seat and no one wanted to be bothered. My hubby and I walked into their store and Elizabeth said no problem. Took us immediately to the back to see a few slabs and we picked a piece out. Painless! Took two days and it was ready for pick up. They helped my husband put it in the car and it looks beautiful. I just experienced the best service by Orlando Granite Stop. Jorge was great and so easy to work with. The installer team was awesome and did a perfect and professional job, he had a piece of scrap granite in the truck and fashioned a kitchen window ledge from the granite for free, which saved me time and money. I was so very impressed with such a nice gesture. I can't say enough about this company. Their prices are very competitive also. This is my first renovation and would definitely I would like to do it again.

We just got my granite counter tops a couple weeks ago so far everything looks beautiful. Had been shopping for granite for my kitchen and bathrooms for over two months nonstop. Had a few estimates but not feeling like I had found the right place until I came to Orlando Granite Stop. From the moment I walked in Elizabeth helped me and show me granite slabs in their incredible showroom where I finally found my granite, the one I always wanted for. I can now see why they have 5 star reviews they really live up to it. The whole process took less than 1 week. The installation staff came in and answered all my questions with a smile and did the job in 3 hours. I really have to give them an extra star because they are true professional when it comes to this granite work with a beautiful personality to go with it. Needless to say, I'm very happy with my granite. Would recommend to anybody looking for granite work done.

This company gave us one of the most relief moment of our life, when my husband and I decided our kitchen renovation after 3 year of standing the same old one, we get really panic at that moment, so we were really looking the right place, we visit some places here in Orlando till the day we just pass by looking for a last option, and it was the good one, since we walked in, they gave us that feeling of security and professionalism, after having a moment checking the place we decided to pick our granite selection, we went for a beautiful cream tone that I absolutely adored since the first moment, 2 days later their staff went home to get the measurements, they gave us some new ideas and we work together in our first big project, they were very professional and show patient and nice.
