The last two times we hired a carpet cleaning company they both did a great job. The problem was both times we were taken advantage of. We were quoted a specal price over the phone then when the crews came there were extra charges for everything. They charged more for deodorizer, more for Teflon coating, more for the stain treatments and even charged for my master bedroom closet as an additional room. In the end they charged more than the national brands I was trying to stay away from in the first place. This year we hired Orlando carpet cleaning services by a referral from a friend at work. The cleaning was the best we ever had and on top of that the price did include everything needed to the job. The price was about 30% less than what we have been paying with no hassles and nobody trying to sell extra treatments.

I used Orlando carpet cleaning services to steam clean the exterior of my house. The entire outside was cover with a green coating from last fall including the pool deck. I picked Orlando carpet cleaning services because they use a chemical free steam cleaning process. Last time I had this done I hired a cheap pressure washer that used chlorine products to kill the mold. It looked ok but it killed my grass, plants and my shrubs. As I understand the steam process also lasts twice as long as pressure washing because it leaves no chemical residue on the house for air borne contaminants’ to stick to it. My next door neighbor had it done 3 years ago and his house still looks good. I will be calling Orlando carpet cleaning services back in the fall to get the carpet cleaned.

I found out about my surprise birthday party by accident that my wife was hiding from me. The home was a disaster, the carpet was dirty, the furniture was dirty, and the area rugs were nasty. I called Orlando Carpet cleaning services they were able to come out after work at 6PM. They work 24 hours a day 7 seven days a week. I thought only 7 eleven and Wallmart were the only ones open 24/7. Well after a few hours of cleaning the place was squeaky clean and ready for the visitors. I gave out all the cards they left me at the birthday party everyone commented how nice the place looked.

We are not required to pay for anything we are not happy with. 5. They set appointment times - not windows. 6. Flexability to get a weekend appointment at night. We hired them - The job was done perfectly and we will be using them again in the future

I set up an appointment; they showed up on time and did a great carpet cleaning job.The cleaning service was as described and the price was the same quoted over the phone. I only trust Angie's list when it comes to customer reviews they require a paid membership and verify all reviews. Lots of public sites are mudded up by companies posting their own reviews and mudslinging between competitive companies. You can get a membership to Angies list at angieslist.com. From the first time I called on the phone I could tell I found the right carpet cleaning company. The entire experience from start to finish was excellent. I needed 9 rooms of carpet cleaning done. My carpets suffered from 4 teenagers and 3 dogs that constantly brought in muddy soil and have had several accidents over the year. I did lots of research, Orlando Angies list, Citysearch, Service magic, Orlando infopages, and the Orlando Better Business Beauro. The company that stood out was Orlando Carpet cleaning services. They had the highest rating out of all companies I looked at. They also had the lowest price. I also liked the fact that they include Sanitizer, Deodorizer, and Scotchgard with all their cleaning they don't charge any extra fee's even for hard spots like red ones. They even clean the baseboards and the carpet in the closets all for free! They had a flexible schedule, I was even able to get a night appointment so I didn’t have to take the day off from work. The carpet cleaning crew showed up on time, clean and neat uniformed appearance, and all new equipment. They did a great job getting out dozens of stains, and the carpet looked like new when done! The price was actually lower than I was quoted over the phone and they gave me a free bottle of spot remover. I will be calling you back next year for my next carpet cleaning!
