Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services LLC serviced my home in Orlando, FL this past week. I must say that from beginning to finish, the guys were really dedicated to their work and to making me happy. I am used to other companies rushing in and out with barely 10 words. These technicians took the time to discuss my carpet with me, went over pricing so that there were absolutely no surprises, and also walked me through my home before they left to make sure I was 100% happy! I usually just call whoever has the cheapest price or best special, but I will definitely stay with Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services just because I was SO impressed with them! Thank you guys so much!

I was referred to Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services by a good friend of mine. I called them right away to schedule an appointment, because my carpet was due for a good carpet cleaning. I was so impressed with the gentlemen who came to my home! They were so polite and did a great job! They also offered to do a free sample spot on my tile in the kitchen! I reviewed Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services website several times over. I looked through all of their coupons and specials, the different levels of carpet cleaning, and what each level of cleaning included. I determined the Advanced carpet cleaning package fit my situation. I just have heavy dirt stains, soda spills, and minor food stains. I chose 3 rooms for the $99 special, which were my bedroom, living room, and stairs. My carpet now looks almost brand new thanks to Orlando carpet cleaning!!! Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services impressed me, which is not an easy task. I am a bit of a neat freak, and I get my carpet cleaned every 4 to 5 months. My last carpet cleaner made a huge mistake, by spilling some chemical on my carpet and refusing not to come clean it back up, so I had a discoloration on my carpet. The representative answered all of my questions with flying colors, and she was very polite. I hired Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services, hoping for the best. There were two guys who came to my home, and they introduced themselves and shook my hand before they even walked through my front door. They were professional from beginning to end, which put me at ease. They removed the discoloration from my carpet, and I had them clean 4 other rooms, plus my staircase. I am very happy with the outcome, and most of all how the technicians handled everything in such a professional matter.

I hired Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services to do some work at my rental property. The cleaning technicians showed up on time, wearing nice uniforms, nametags, and they greeted me with a handshake. We hit it off right from the start, and the guys were a pleasure to work with. The carpet in my rental was filthy. The last tenant must have never vaccumed. Thanks for the great job on my mattress cleaning! My dog had an accident on my mattress and the urine smell was unbearable! I was planning on buying a brand new mattress, though I wasn't happy about it. My coworker suggested I try Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services first. I did, and the urine smell has been eliminated! Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services cleaned my 2 bed, 2 bath townhouse. I was moving out and needed a Certified carpet cleaner in order to get my deposit back. I never have gotten the carpet cleaned, and I lived there for a year. Orlando carpet cleaning service did an excellent job with my carpet. I had my carpet treated for my puppy's housebreaking mistakes. The carpet looks brand new and smells great. Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services did a FABULOUS job on my carpet and couches. My carpets are bright beige again! I cannot tell you how much dirt was tracked in my livingroom and stairs by my dog and kids. I can't believe how clean the carpet got. My couch and loveseat also look brand new. Listen, I've tried all of those big name companies. The ones that you see on TV claiming that they're the best. But, nobody can compare to Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services. They really impressed me and my husband. I thought that our carpet was at the point of no return. We decided to have 3 rooms cleaned, just to see if the carpet was even salvageable. Turns out, it is!
