I have 5 beautiful Oriental rugs in my home, including 4 that are fairly large, 8x10 and 9x12 sizes. I also have 1 runner. It had been about 2 years since I had them professionally cleaned. Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services offers cleaning right in the home, which is quite convenient. I was tickled pink when the area rug cleaning technicians were completed. My rugs looked like new, looking much brighter and vibrant. They also add a nice smell to the rugs that is very pleasant. I will stick with Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services for my rug cleaning needs because I am very pleased.

I burnt dinner and Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services came to my home to help eliminate the smell from my sectional and carpet in the living room open to the kitchen area. After they left, I could no longer smell the burnt food! The technicians sprayed the deodorizer on the furniture and carpet for free, and they even sprayed a few spritzes in the air to help with the smell. I'm so glad I hired this company!

But Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services was very professional, informative, and courteous; did a fantastic job! I had blood stains on my carpeting which he was able to remove and my carpet now looks brand new again! And - he did not hurry through it like most do just to collect their pay and move on - he took his time which I greatly appreciated and he explained everything to me. He gave me the option to do more but was not pushy at all. He also cleaned a loveseat for me and I was shocked at what came out. I'm having him back next month to clean the rest of my upholstery. I always have my carpets cleaned a few times a year and each time I have gone with the guy with the lowest price. Today was no exception when I left work early, cleaned out my rooms only for the "lowballer" guy to not to show up or answer the phone. I read online reviews for Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services and they were very good so I thought I would give them a try. I was very happy. The technician was friendly and helpful. He did a very thorough job. He did not rush in and rush out, he wanted the carpets cleaned and wanted me to be satisfied, and I was. He was courteous and on-time. Scheduling was easy and quick. He also picked up my area rug to be shampooed and they will deliver it back to my house when it’s done which is a very convenient service. I am very happy with how my carpets look so I expect to be happy with the area rug once I get it back as well. I will definitely use Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services again. I say if you are looking for a carpet cleaner this company is worth trying out.

I firmly believe in customer feedback (which is why I am now supplying some), and I went ahead and called them. I spoke with the technician personally who was very professional and walked me through everything I needed to know ahead of time. The estimate over the phone (without measuring) was within $5 of the actual total once they did measure everything. They were on time and had no trouble dealing with my third floor unit, and when finished, the carpet looked newer than when I moved in. I would definitely use Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services again and highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a different tile and grout cleaning company come to my home to give me a quote, I won't mention any names, but they were not professional. The other company also wanted to charge me extra because the grout lines were very dark. After they left my home, I called Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services. They gave me a flat rate per square foot, ensuring that that were no extra fees for dirty or black grout lines. They also included a free sealer in the flat rate package, which was a huge bonus! The technicians arrived to clean the tile and grout and they did just as they promised, only charging me the flat rate although my grout was extremely dirty. The grout came out beautiful, back to its original white color. The technicians were great - friendly and very professional and clean cut. We set up a reminder call with Marie for next year to get on a regular schedule for cleaning.

It was time for my home to be deep cleaned. I first hired a maid service to clean every room in my house. After they were completed, I searched and browsed online for a reputable, affordable carpet cleaning company that had good customer feedback. I kept coming across Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services and saw all the good feedback on several different websites. I called and spoke to Marie and got an official quote for the carpet cleaning, leather sofa cleaning, and tile and grout cleaning for my bathrooms, entryway, kitchen and dining room. The price was right, and they included a lot in the packages, so I booked for a Saturday appointment. The technicians came 15 minutes early to setup the equipment. They were very friendly and helpful. They assessed the carpet, measured the tile, and evaluated the wear on our leather sofa. They pretreated the grout lines and let the cleaner sit before they cleaned it. All of the stains on the carpet were also treated and let sit. They cleaned our leather sofa and pointed out the cracks in our sofa before they started cleaning. When the leather was finished being cleaned, it looked so much better! It looked so much younger, the cracks were minimized and it actually felt much softer. When they finished deep steaming the tile and carpeted areas, I walked around and looked at everything. The carpet and tile looked new, and I was ecstatic at the results! I probably said thank you 5 times to the young gentlemen, which they really appreciated. I had 2 rooms of carpet that needed stretching, and also all rooms, the stairwell, and passageways needed to be steam cleaned. The tile and grout in my home was cleaned and sealed by Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services. They had a special tile cleaning offer on their website, which included a free sealer! My tile and grout lines were especially dirty and they were way overdue for a cleaning. The technicians came to my home, measured all of the tile, gave me the final price, and got to work right away. They spent several hours deep cleaning the tile and grout lines. When completed, they made sure any excess moisture was cleaned up and the grout was dry when they left. The before and after comparison of my tile is amazing! I've never seen such bright grout lines. The technicians were very polite, professional, and they do great work!
