I recently hired Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services and I was pleasantly surprised with their customer service and the quality of their carpet cleaning service. Their price was very affordable, lower than most companies that I called. The customer service from the phone call to the professional technician wearing shoe covers in my home was outstanding. Honestly, I expected to be charged more, and I would have gladly paid more for the quality and professionalism.

I bought a foreclosed house and the entire house was in horrible shape. I had a professional maid cleaning service come in, had the walls painted, and my last step was to find a carpet cleaning company in Orlando FL to do an extensive steam cleaning on the carpet and tile and grout floor. The carpet had a ton of stains, so much so that I worried that it needed to be replaced, but I figure it was worth a shot to have them cleaned first. The tile and grout was very dirty and the grout was black. It looked like the last owner's didn't ever clean their floors. After they were done steam cleaning, it looked like a completely different house! Every room of carpet looked great, and the tile and grout was bright and new! Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services is as good as it gets. I've had a big red stain in my living room carpet for several years now, and I was covering it with an area rug since the spill. Every other carpet cleaning company that I have hired over the years could never remove the red stain. I thought it was a lost cause asking Orlando Carpet Cleaning Services' technician to try to remove the stain, because all of the other carpet cleaners couldn't, but to my astonishment they removed it! I couldn't believe it! I have since taken the area rug off of the area with the red stain and my carpet looks perfectly new in that area!
