I recently moved to a house. I did not know that water and electric were separate. My water was disconnected and of course I need water because I have 3 kids and elderly parents to take care of and depend on the water. However when I approached this office they advised me that I need to send by email a copy of the lease ever since they have giving me the run around. I asked to speak to higher management but they're never available. If this does not get taking care soon. I will have to call news 13 for help.
