I entered a contract with Omega kitchen side of the business in hiring them to purchase a cabinet and granite countertop, window, shower seat surface top and shower threshold. I wasn't introduced to or told about Giuseppe the owner of the granite side of the business until time for my granite installation. Up until that point my experience was pleasurable and I was satisfied. Once Giuseppe entered the deal the service went down hill. I experienced first hand his rudeness by yelling me the customer, cursing his employees out in front of me, he never can give you a set date and time that his crew will come to take measurements or installation. He expects you (the customer) to be on standby waiting on his call and drop everything when he's ready to deal with you. If not you wait even longer to get your job completed and they provide rush jobs at that point. He's unbearable to work with and shouldn't be in business dealing with the public at all. Tazmanian devil best describes him and his behavior.

DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! The owner does not have a secretary or office assistance. He barely answers the phone and when he does he is not pleasant. He treats his customers like they are a burden. I tried for weeks to get an appoint for them to come and take measurements and he could not even give me a date and time. Extremely unprofessional, I went with another local company and was very glad that I did. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!

Worst service I've received from any contractor thus far in my kitchen remodel. Quoted me $1400, then completed template and said $2000. Said they'd be there to install at 8:30am, when they weren't there by 9am, I called and owner said they'd be there by 1pm!! Would've been nice to receive a phone call, considering I was taking the morning off of work to oversee the installation. Hardly ever answered the telephone, never returned phone calls. Beautiful finishes, but laid back European mindset and no concern for your own livelihood, even though you're spending your hard-earned money. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
