I want to remain anonymous because my stylist is actually very talented. I recently had my haircut there for the second time and it was still wrong .....after spending $230 with tip I had to go spend another hundred to get it back the way I wanted it....my previous stylist is a 50-mile drive

I just want to say that after showing a picture and discussing color The stylist still did what she wanted. While I was there I asked her to make it shorter but she really didn't, and just took a few snips. She seemed really frightened to cut it any shorter even though that's what I asked for. I did not want to spend another hour there or hurt her feelings. My messages to the stylist is this......
please listen to what your customer wants look at the picture and don't just pick a color without asking first!!! the color that you picked was far too dark and I could have told you that.

I had a trim a year ago and I was pleased with the service. I dicided to go back again a week ago to get my hair cut and get HIGHLIGHTS. I took the time at home to print out pictures of the type of hair cut and HIGHTLIGHTS that I wanted to get. So I explained and showed the stylist exactly what I wanted. I had long hair down to almost my waist ans I wanted a longer bob with longer hair at the front/sides like an a line hair cut, I wanted the front/side piece(the longer piece) to be below the collarbone, just like it was in the picture that I had showed the stylist. Well she was doing the cutting and talking to me, when all of a sudden I noticed the she had cut the longer pieces at the front/side a bit down to chin level. I was very upset, so unhappy that I got very quiet and did not say anything to her at the time because I was that much upset. So went I came back from chaning my top into a gown to get my hair HIGHLIGHTED I just had to let her know how upset I was about my hair cut and that she had made a mistake, but then she went on defending herself saying that the model on the picture that I had brought in had a longer neck than mine and that was why it looked different on me!! well after a few minutes of us going back and forth about it, she finally admitted that she had made a mistake and she apologized,(I thought to myself is just hair it will grow back right!) so we moved on to the HIGHTLITES, we spoke about getting two shades of HIGHTLITES Light blonde and light honey so agreed on that. Well when I got my hair all blow dried I noticed that my hair still looked dark, darker thnt what I had before coming in!! I was dismay beyond belief:((. She had actully done LOWLITES with a very few thin honey hightlites, and she said the lowlights blend very nice with the hightlites! REALLY! we never talked about lowlights on my hair!!. So I left the salon with darker hair, a very bad hair cut and on top of that I paid $150 to have this horror done to my hair. I sat on a chaor for 4 hours for nothing. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SALON. They simply do what the want and not what the customer wants!!
