I reserved a SUV to be picked up at Orlando airport. I was sent a 15 passenger van. I was told by customer service that a manager would call me to accommodate me for service. Not! It did not happen. On the return trip they did send a SUV and I think I would rather had the van. They sent maybe a 2006 Suburban that was dirty, seatbelt did not work, seats was torn and I had 5 kids in the vehicle. On the way from the airport the driver almost had a bad accident I had to tell him to stop before he hit the car in front of us. It was very scary for me and the kids. I don't recommend this company to anyone that care about their safety. The website is very misleading. U see you get what you pay for!

Professional and reliable company. I needed several times for my Orlando Transportation and they are always on time. The drivers are very friendly and helpful. I booked a ride from the Orlando Airport and the driver was there before of the pick up time waiting for me and my family. I am really happy with their services and would recommend to everyone.

I was staying on Holiday Inn Express in Orlando and the concierge told me that they were the best. So we booked the city tour with them. They were very kind with my family. I was very impressed with their service. I recommend New Way Tours. Great job.
