This guy was awful. If you really want any type of inspection do not go here. The guy took no tools to check anything. No ladder to check the roof, no plug checker to check the outlets, no moisture checker. In fact the only tool he had was a flashlight was a tiny one that you had to shake to work. He didn't even turn on any faucet to see if it ran. He didn't even have any paperwork to write anything down on. He was very rude and quit and said F*** you on his way out.
