I have used Muse for many years, we started doing business when they were primarily a scoop shop, Manufacturing all the items I have requested with superior quality and affordability, Not only do we use their items in our desserts, I have used a Cocktail Sauce Sorbet in a signature Shrimp Cocktail, Even a Sweet Potato Gelato in a Thanksgiving Menu... Can't say enough good things about Muse, in closing I look forward to doing business with Muse for many Years to come
