On Oct 6, 2018 , my wife and I went to Mint Auto Sales (6036 SOUTH ORANGE BLOSSOM TRAIL, Orlando) after seeing a 2012 Range Rover for sale there. We met up with Jonathan who seemed sincere and had a good persona. We decided to purchase the Range Rover but noticed that the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) light was on. He took the vehicle to his Service section and said he fixed it. The rear trunk latch light was also on and he said he failed to close it and he manually closed it again and the light turned off. (I found out that the automatic closing mechanism won't latch). He then said if it stayed on that they would fix it. Because of his relaxed attitude we believed him. By the time we got it home, the tire light stayed on and the truck latch light stays on every time we use it. We had our own mechanic look at it and he said the latch was bad and the TPMS is bad. Both have to be repaired. For the last two weeks we have worked in vain to have them repair the system that Jonathan said he would fix. Now the check engine light is on and the management at Mint Auto sales refuses to honor their "30 day warranty." They also refuse to repair the TPMS and rear latch (although they said they would when we bought it). We also did not get the key that is suppose to come with the car in case the key FOB failed. The management also said too bad about the check engine light unless I wanted to buy their extended warranty (which doesn't cover the problems discussed. The bottom line, which I failed to do, is get it in writing. The only reason I gave them a one star is that they were polite when refusing to help further and Jonathan was polite in saying that he couldn't help us. Otherwise, I will never by another car from them. (and I was about to.)
