BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY ... They gave me a price of $145 labor and $50 to $75 parts and when the job was done handed me a bill for $500 which I Did Not Pay... I tried to work it out and get the price down where I was Quoted and they would not move on there price and said they were going to call the police trying to scare me , I told them " Do and Do it Now Before I do " When the Sheriff showed up I showed the work he did and he seen it was a Scam and told them to Get Off My Property ...ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...

I will not use names, but past experiences told me the least economical choice for clogs is any of the 'rooters',

I live in south Orlando, and discovering plumbing problems causing back-up into both toilets, master shower and tub in 2nd bath, (if you have not experienced this, you will not appreciate it, until you do, if you have, I need say no more) I attempted to find a local and smaller operation to assist me. Discovering the problem around 7:30 am, I attempted to fix it myself. At about 9 am I had been unsuccessful and went to yellowpages.com for places to call, chose Mercury as my first call due to their proximity to my home, my call was answered by a person, was quoted an approximate price, told that someone should be able to be at my home around noon, but if they were available sooner, they would call and let me know. I called several other possibilities, many did not answer, and wanted me to leave a message, others had automated systems (press 1, press 2, ......and then hold 'your call is important to us, please hold'... ). Long story short, problem solved by 10:30, the master tech, JIM, (this name I will mention) was great, the cost was a minimum of $50 less than any of the others I called, and I called at least ten, some who had been referred by others (most quotes were $100 to $200 more), great service 5 stars.
